I cannot say enough good things about Home Instead and all the staff there!! I wanted to share a really positive experience we had with Home Instead Manhattan. Around Christmas, my uncle fell near Rockefeller Center on a Sunday afternoon and refused to go to the ER. We were panicking a bit because he lives alone downtown. The agency arranged for a nurse named Francyne to come to his apartment that same day, and they quickly helped us arrange care at home.
