I am the owner of NuCare Pharmacy and DME. We share many patients with Home Instead and though we work with so many home care agencies, I can honestly say these guys are the real deal. Their intake process is so thorough that by the time they start care, they are so prepared that their staff knows what to so and once they are in the home with the senior, they are constantly monitoring the seniors and their needs in advance so that their clients and their families are always 2 steps ahead of the game. Home Instead has been taking care of a 92 year old man who is so dear to me. Over the years, they make sure he gets outside and does exercise, goes to church, they manage his medications and they bring him to see me very often. Linda in particular has been such a good aide for so many years and the entire team at Home Instead is very responsive if she needs something to help him. During the 2 snow storms this past winter, they made sure he had enough food and medications in case power went out. They always think ahead
