I've only been using it for a few months for my elderly parents. And I am very happy. Today, one of their workers, Alexis found my mom and dad in the house and their was a gas leak?She got them out into safety. She probably saved their life.They didn't even know it. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!!!! They hire young girls with no medical qualifications. Don’t waste your money. Get better care.
Very dependable, never had a no show and they could work with the split shifts and hours we needed. 100% would recommend.
