Working for Home Instead has been a great experience. Being a mother of two kid's while working can be challenging at times but Home Instead have been flexible during those busy times.
Honestly this company comes off as nice and professional but completely narcissistic. I Believe there caregiver are awesome however if you are considering working for them DON’T they act as if they have plenty of shifts then give you clients 30mins out for only 2 hours. They tell you that you have the freedom to tell them that if you don’t feel comfortable in a home then tell them and they would switch your home…. For some reason I’m still getting text messages to apply here. When I already did and obviously I didn’t get hired and I’m still getting text messages to this DAY to apply. Ive replied with STOP and I’m still getting text messages. I applied around January I believe and the text messages won’t stop. Please review your text system and remove my number. I don’t want to receive any more text messages to apply or whatever it’s asking me to do.
