David is very experienced and did an awesome job. Used him on my investment property as well. Very nice and super thorough. Had certs and insurance to turn in to HOA as well. Recommend to anyone.

Dave Knudsen is the worst inspector in Colorado!!! He claims he ha 10+ years but don’t believe it! He took over 4 days to get the inspection report back to us and it was the day of our deadline. He missed half of the main issues on the home. He is a con artist. Do not use this guy. Not to mention he was 1 hour late.
