We had Chris as our home inspector for our brand new construction in central Florida. If you are searching for a thorough and professional home inspector....your search is over! Chris is extremely diligent with every inspection he completes, and has extensive knowledge of every aspect of the home construction process, making it very easy to understand the inspection report. I have worked with many inspectors in the past 10 years, some of which were "good", but I can only recommend the best when it comes to a home inspection, and that's why my clients prefer to work with Chris Coates!
Chris does an outstanding job of checking through the home and being honest about what he finds. Chris is kind, knowledgeable, and does a great job teaching about what he finds and what to expect on his report. Chris was also extremely fast in getting me the reports of the inspection.
