This being my first Home Mike did a Thorough inspection finding things i wouldn't have noticed on my own. I Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a Inspection. 5 star
It was a great experience from the moment I called to inquire about the pricing. They were very transparent and thorough about the process. The inspection was the same and Philip arrived on time. I received the report he promised within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this company and will use their service in the future.
We had a great inspection with Philip and excellent radon results as well. They are very professional and they were able to answer all of our questions after the inspection was completed.
These guys are amazing!!!! We had our first home inspection with this company a few weeks ago, and the inspector was great. He detailed all the issues with the home and helps us make the descision to pull out of the deal. Today we used this company again, because we liked them so much the first time. It went great and again the inspector was very knowledgeable, which helped to make our decision easier. All in all, I would defiantly use this company again.
