Would not recommend this company. Services: The tests they performed were fine and done well. We did although expect onsite or quick turn around on the reports as advertised on their site, that didn't happen. We had to chase them down (calls/emails) to get those reports after a few days. One of the services was not able to be performed and we were not given updates and had to keep checking back to get news. If I could give negative stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They sold me on top notch quality service and that's not what we experienced at all. Philip and Michael are terrible at customer service. Philip ensured us that our inspection report would be done 24 hours after the inspection and we had to hound them when it hit the 36 hour mark, to which they only only sent the regular inspection not the add ons.
