Fred was a recommendation from my awesome agent Janet Taing. He was very patient, took his time, and explained everything he was inspecting and why each issue mattered. We were purchasing a new home and still he took his time to ensure all the small details were checked. I would definitely work with Fred again.

Fred returned my call promptly and agreed to meet me the next day to do my condo inspection. As I was in a time crunch and could only do my inspection on the next day. He was very polite and had a friendly personality and professional atitude. He got right to work upon arriving and when he was finished, he shared with me all of his findings. I recently had the opportunity to use Home Inspections Plus to inspect a home we plan to purchase for my son.
