We recently purchased a home in University Park and Jim & Sandra were recommended by our realtor for our home inspection. The work done was timely and very thorough with the report being delivered the same day with all the needs defined. After the checklist was completed by the various contractors Jim returned to ensure the work was done properly. Such a great experience in a very stressful environment when it comes to buying a home. Sandra is fantastic explaining everything and making sure we know they are happy shred crazy. Father and son were a delight to be around while they did the inspection and were just so nice explaining a few things . Overall awesome.!!

Home Inspections Plus is one of my go-to inspectors for all of my buyers. I know they are reliable and thorough. They are available for questions, whether it is from me, or a buyer calls them. Jim does what an inspector is supposed to do, like getting on roofs and crawling under houses, when other inspectors will not. He also has the time at the end of an inspection to go over details with the buyer. I highly recommend them to everyone.

I had to come on and write a review on this company even though we didn't need to use them (this time!). I was in a bit of a panic due to a new home purchase and feeling unsettled with the inspection we originally got.
