There were so many issues I've had with the home I bought after having Mr. Feldman inspect it I can't even believe it. I didn't notice it right away but after looking back I read he inspected my roof with binoculars! Which explains why after having a friend go up there to remove a childs toy that he almost crashed through my roof! Mr. Feldman had told me my roof was at its half life, my 3 roofers told me it was in danger of caving in! DO NOT USE this inspector! I wrote him three times and he wouldn't even answer my letters.
Just moved into a house owned by my girlfriend, the electrical alone is a fire hazard (no lie) there was water coming into the electrical panel and it was a sub panel. Whomever inspected the house has about an much experience inspecting Homes as they do about partial physics, if you are recommended to use this company laugh at the person making the recommendation.
