paid $600 for home inspection.after we moved in, found multiple obvious problems that never mentioned in the inspection report. plumbing issues.no freon in air condition. whole system is faulty and need to be replaced. contacted multiple times to the company got completely ignored. this is a couple thousand dollars mistake just because I trusted this company

The inspector performed the home inspection as predicted with professional enthusiasm and expertise. Particularly noteworthy was the cost which was well below the competition in the area. The Inspection Report was quite extensive, easy to read, and understandable without complex technical jargon. The "Home Inspection Contract Agreement" included in the report provided unambiguous details of what the inspection actually covered and the rights and responsibilities of all parties concerned.
Ronald was nice and personable however his inspection was so lacking that I turned around a ordered another inspection from another person. He not simply missed, but specifically noted we shouldn't be concerned about what we thought may be a structural deficiency of the home. Fast forward a month and the house is falling in on itself and we are paying 10's of thousands of dollars to fix a significant structure failure plus more for a number of other items that were missed.
