Jeff with HIMM did a GREAT job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and his report was very clear, organized, and helpful to us. He was kind and communicative, and was able to complete the inspection within our time frame. Would recommend HIMM to anyone in need of home inspection!

Did not do a good job I was out of the state at the time of the inspection after I got his report nothing seemed major. Currently doing a walk though and noticed in the basement only 1 support beam is actually connected to the floor and the room the others are just dangling. Next went to one of the rooms and there is a major dip on the floor under a wall. Having to spend more money than anticipated fixing up this home because the inspector didn't write it up in his report.
Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I are currently overseas in Japan and buying a house in Washington. He got to the house and did the inspection and with our realtor did a video call and thoroughly explained everything to us. He pointed out the more serious issues.
