100/10 would recommend! My inspector was Chuck, and he was very thorough. He was professional, communicative, and responded to all of my questions and concerns quickly. The inspection process was so much smoother than I thought it would be. Great service, and I would absolutely use Home & Commercial Inspections again in the future!

Scheduling is super easy and all done online. For the actual inspection we had Chuck who came out and was very thorough, he explained what he was finding to us and also gave us a few things he would have checked out by another specialist. We are first time home buyers so Chuck explaining his findings and who to reach out to was extremely helpful in making sure we had piece of mind before purchasing.
