Paul was very Professional, this is my first time purchasing a home and this was all new to me he took the extra time to answer all my questions and even offered recommendations on how to properly maintain the major components in the home His report was very detailed and had pictures of things that needed addressing I Appreciated his patients as I had many questions. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a home to use Mr Dole for they will not be disappointed
Paul was great was very detailed he took his time absolutely went above and beyond to take the time to explain to me everything he was doing I’m pretty sure I slowed him down because he didn’t have to explain all the things to me at the time he did I got my report in less than 8 hrs after the job was done report was so detailed 39 pages pictures of everything and very detailed pointing out what was wrong I would definitely recommend him

This is a business that does not keep its promise. Be on the lookout. They set a price with the customer; after nearly three weeks of delay, they refused to do the inspection at the price they had originally agreed upon. Not a good business practice.
Paul is a very professional, competent, knowledgeable home inspector. The inspection was a three hour tutorial on the ends and outs of home ownership. Paul provided a comprehensive, understandable, written report within 24 hours of the inspection, complete with photos. Without question, I would recommend Paul's services to anyone looking for a home inspection you can trust.
