Both Sheri and Hy are wonderful to work with. I had a situation in an apartment building and they came out immediately on a holiday week. Very knowledgeable and compassionate to my problem. Test results came back quickly and they made sure I understood the findings. True value for their services and knowledge. I will definitely be a repeating customer as needed. Thank you very much!
Even though they are not required to do so, it would have been nice if they mentioned smaller things: like the washing machine was full of mold. I guess they just stick to the agenda and don't go out of their way to alert you beyond that.
