RecommendedI would absolutely call on Bryan again for residential inspections. He was thorough, timely and responsive to post inspection questions I had.
Bryan was very professional during his inspection. He was very thorough and relayed everything to us, and explained what needed to be done to the new home we were purchasing. He also provided us with additional resources for the recommended repairs. His reports were very detailed, including pictures, to ensure we knew exactly what and where the issues were seen. I highly recommend his services!

I would highly recommend Bryan for any home inspection. He provided us with great insight during our pre-drywall inspection this past weekend and he provided us with an in-depth report of his findings. He was very professional and obviously very knowledgeable when it comes to the ins and outs of residential construction. We will be utilizing his services as well for the post-drywall inspection as well before we close. Five stars!
