Shawn did a great job at explaining the different issues he encountered, the criticality of these issues, and the potential fixes. He also was nice enough to show me how to perform certain new home owner tasks. 5 stars.

Shawn did an amazing job inspecting our home. Very thorough and inspected everything with detail. This is the second home we are buying and he has inspected this home and my first. I highly recommend him. Very knowledgeable.
During the home buying process we had Shawn come out and inspect the property. He was able to engage in a very timely manner and complete a very thorough inspection from top to bottom. While visiting during his inspection, Shawn walked me through the list of items in questions and provide knowledgeable feedback and recommendations as to how or why it is need to fix. Shawn is awful. He did an inspection on our flipped house and red lined items like the sinking chimney but TOTALLY missed the major foundation issues. In his report he even stated that he 'believed the house was done moving'. 6 months after we bought/ moved in we started seeing cracks show up in the walls and ceilings. In October 19 2015 I did perform an inspection for Chelsea H*******. In that report that I will provide to you I recommendation that she contact a structural engineer not once but twice. I did contact my E&O insurance and they stated there was no need to file a claim seeing I advised her twice to get the house looked at by a structural engineer.
