I googled home inspectors for our area because I needed one immediately for my home purchase. Not only did he come out on a Saturday with 12 hrs notice, Mr. Conner was amazing. His attention to detail is second to none. After his inspection you feel completely confident that you know every square inch of the home and any issues that are there. Excellent for any future buyer and i feel bad for the sellers, because he will find everything! Highly recommend HIM! Greg P.

Can't recommend Mark highly enough. I'm a first time home buyer and he let me stick with him through the inspection process and broke it down for me Barney style. Didn't just tell me the condition of things but also gave guidance for future maintenance as a first time homeowner. Go ahead and hire Mark, he will do the job right and is a wealth of knowledge.

I chose Mark as my home inspector after reading all the positive reviews about him. I am very satisfied with his work. Mark is detail oriented and knowledgeable. He was also very patient and thorough answering my questions. He also offered suggestions out of an home inspection scope when I asked. On the inspection day, he arrived early and spent 8 hours checking every aspect of the house. He let me know all the major or minor concerns right away.
