Rick did the inspection for my home I was purchasing and pointed out minor issues , however once I moved in there was tons of stuff missed . The roof was leaking , the electrical has been done not up to code, the windows were rotted and the bathroom had a leak. I wish he was honest before I purchased this home !

Rick did my home inspection on a house that I am purchasing and boy did he do a thorough job he pointed out things that he advised to change and explained everything to me so well. I went through the house and looked at everything before hand and he was able to find stuff I had missed of course im not a professional but Rick sure is. I feel very lucky to have had my inspection done by him, my Realtor recommended him and I wish I had more inspections to pass his way. Excellent service and affordable price too. Cool dude.
