I am from the Chicagoland area and my wife and I are purchasing a house in Chiefland. I did my research due to not being from the area. Rick was recommended to us from our Realtor and he did not disappoint! He was extremely thorough in inspecting our house that had just been renovated before we purchased. He is clearly very experienced in his field, does not cut corners, and I doubt anyone is as thorough as him.
