We had an inspection done in October 2022. This was our first home purchase and we were really relying on an inspector to point out issues. Overall, they are professional and did find issues. However, there were a ton of things that were missed that end up costing us thousands of dollars. The issues that were missed were electrical, old water damage, and an incorrectly installed wood burning stove that could've burned our house down! 80% of these issues could've been found by using a thermal gun and an electrical tester. I will add my enthusiastic review for Don. He did a great job with a 'special' property (as in special needs) for us on the Key Peninsula. Provided great information for our negotiations and an understanding of the challenges with the place. Highly recommended.
Don came for the inspection on the house we are currently in the process of buying and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so friendly and did a very thorough job and explained everything to in a way I could understand when he was done! I highly recommend this company!
