What can I say, maybe he was having a bad week. But, I'm the one buying my first house and this experience nearly ruined it. It was as if he was forcing himself to speak to me. I introduced myself to John and he barely made eye contact and then gave me a sneer. It was very awkward the entire time. If you're going to spend your hard earned money, get someone you like and who likes you!!! I felt like less than a child, yet I'm supposed to be the customer. I'll give you an example. John was very professional, and did a great job locating everything. He spotted everything and has a great eye! Reasonably priced as well! We scheduled an appointment at 9am, and John was there working before 9am. We were very satisfied!
