Nice and professional guy. The house he inspected was okay from what he could see but the roof needed work soon. Understandable that he couldn't get into the closed attic. Unfortunately, he missed a painted over water spot in the ceiling of a bedroom. After we sat down to talk about the property, he mentioned that you can't just paint over water spots. Joe at the Home Inspection Co. not only gave me a thorough and accurate home inspection, but he remained in touch throughout my negotiations with the sellers, and continued providing advice even after I had moved in to my new house.
