I would not recommend John Burns as your home inspector. He spent about 30 mins inspecting my new condo (thorough inspections should normally be longer than that) while I was under contract and his report came back inaccurate. He stated that two of my fans didn't work and needed electrical work when really they didn't. Shows that he didn't fully inspect my home. Reason I went with him was because he was cheaper than a lot of home inspectors. Spend a little bit more money on a quality inspector. Get someone that isn't lazy wh... read more
Just called for the first time, who ever received was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.
John did a great job inspecting my home. He was very thorough And took his time to explain everything to me. John was great with communication and showed up on time and his price was reasonable. I would highly recommended John to anyone who is looking to get a home inspection. Thank you John for your services.
