Home Inspection Carolina was fantastic to work with. Their scheduling, communication, and reporting are top notch. Todd was thorough, knowledgeable, and very friendly!!
Nelson was very pleasant and courteous and the inspection report was thorough. He was very difficult to contact after we received the results, however, even forgetting an agreed-upon time to talk on the phone, meaning we spent 3 hours waiting for his call. When we finally did manage to talk he gave us an explanation. I would probably not use this company again. All we wanted to know was if the air in our house was safe to breathe, but we received a multipage report with lots of numbers that were difficult to interpret. There... read more
