Nelson was very pleasant and courteous and the inspection report was thorough. He was very difficult to contact after we received the results, however, even forgetting an agreed-upon time to talk on the phone, meaning we spent 3 hours waiting for his call. When we finally did manage to talk he gave us an explanation. I would probably not use this company again. All we wanted to know was if the air in our house was safe to breathe, but we received a multipage report with lots of numbers that were difficult to interpret. There... read more
