Richard Costello is extremely knowledgeable and detailed. Exactly what I want in a home inspector.
Home Inspection Inspector was on time, professional and provided a computer report by email the next day. Very pleasant experience. Learned lesson when all utilities to the property were not on, the hot water had no gas and could not be tested. The inspector wrote down information including model, serial numbers, and phone numbers for service companies. Very cool experience.
