Mr. Spence inspect my house before I purchased in 2008. I was moving from out of state and depended on this inspection prior to closing. He didnt find an underground heating oil tank under the deck despite fill and vent pipes sticking up so I am stuck with the cost of removing or filling in. He missed several other issues inside the house as well.

This costs me approximately \$10,000 - \$15,000 on the sale of my house. When I contacted Charles about this in 2009, he declared bankruptcy! I see he is back at his business. Home... read more
