If there was a negative option I'd use that. We reserved a rooms here since our travel plans were cancelled due to severe weather. After being rescheduled by the airline we called the main lobby to cancel our reservations and the attendant had us go through our reservation portal online ensuring that we'd get our cancelations granted. Last week, I booked a hotel room and couldn't sleep that night because the room next door was blasting music. To make matters worse, after I checked out the next day, I was annoyed to find out that the hotel was supposed to refund $40 of my deposit. I complained to the hotel, but to my surprise, their customer service was excellent. They even automatically refunded my deposit. The rooms are a bit old--they were dealing with an issue that required a change in rooms when we arrived--but well-maintained, and the staff are incredibly kind and patient. Room was clean and quiet.
Clean, comfortable, and affordable! Friendly staff, cozy rooms, and a convenient location made my stay enjoyable. Will definitely return!
