We have our house cleaned by Home in Hand every two weeks and it is always a pleasure to come home to a sparkling clean house. Missy and her employees are wonderful to work with and I recommend them highly.
Although the first girl that was sent to me did an amazing job, the 2nd girl did quite the opposite and I, unfortunately had to point out several areas on my floors that had obvious visible dirt on them. This girl spoke not one word of English and so communication was next to impossible. I just had to point it out. She never even washed the floor in the master bath and I had to (try) to tell her that. Missy came into a very large and busy Airbnb. My prior cleaner has been slipping, and in addition to cleaning I really did need to have a deep clean and an organization of stock and Household items. Cleaners and management responsible and responsive. Cleaners trained well, use their equipment, are pleasant and hard working. Management reminds you of your day of service and is responsive to changes if needed.
