Mark inspected 2 homes for me. He identified major electrical problems with the first home and major roofing problems on the second home. Owner of the first home refused to repair electrical problems, so we went on to the second home. The owner agreed to total tear off and replacement of the roof down to the rafters per Mark s recommendation. I highly recommend Home Improvement Watchdog!
