We were able to work with Home Improvement Studio in Folsom Ca for the purchase of our McMillan Pendle Oak XL flooring.Which we absolutely love. Stanley is an amazing person to work with great customer service and goes above and beyond for his customers. We have purchased mutilple times there. We highly recommend them and wouldnt go anywhere else. We dont mind the 1 hour drive just becuase how good they are. Thank you all you help throughtout this process.
Had to have some hardwood, tongue & groove flooring installed, due to water damage. Daniel, Jason & George performed famously & expeditiously ! Very knowledgeable & professional ! I highly recommend Home Improvement Studio !
I cannot speak highly enough of Stanley with Home Improvement Studio. Stanley and his crew did our engineered hardwood floors in 2021. We didn’t do the bedrooms at the time and I always regretted it. We called Stanley and unfortunately our flooring was discontinued. Stanley worked hard and helped pick out some samples that could be a close enough match. I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this flooring company. The only reason I went here was that I needed McMillan flooring, and this was the only store in the Sacramento area that sold it. I placed my order in November and was promised a 2–3 week delivery time. The flooring finally showed up after 4 weeks, but the stair noses I ordered never arrived—even after 6 weeks. I made countless phone calls and trips to the store trying to get answers. To make things worse, they offered me a refund for the stair noses but ... read more
