I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this flooring company. The only reason I went here was that I needed McMillan flooring, and this was the only store in the Sacramento area that sold it. I placed my order in November and was promised a 2–3 week delivery time. The flooring finally showed up after 4 weeks, but the stair noses I ordered never arrived—even after 6 weeks. I'm not usually one to write reviews, but my experience with this team saving our very rocky remodel, when we were dealing with another contractor, was above and beyond! As a lady, I've never dealt with a company working on my home, that made me feel as respected, seen and heard as Stanley, Jason and their team.
