old dude with English accent who owns it doesn't have much of a personality and acts like you are a bother to help. It's a huge metal warehouse, cold in winter and hot in summer and not climate controlled so be aware. A lot of stuff but disorganized. Prices not discounted at all, some stuff even same or higher than HD or Lowes. And road/parking lot are awful with potholes everywhere and need resurfaced so drive VERY slowly if you still choose to go. A waste of time
