Michael of Home Improvement Network was prompt and professional in communication and flexible with his time to help us. Overall his workmanship was excellent and has been extremely helpful with repairs to our new apartment. Being a first home owner it was really helpful to have someone who was very patient and willing to share his vast knowledge.

I recently had my bathroom renovated by Michael at home improvement and his team. We couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish Michael was incredibly professional. He outlined all the steps smoothly and clearly and kept the project on budget and delivered it in a quicker time then quoted. Will definitely be turning to Michael for our future renovations.

We contacted Michael to repair a few things in our home in preparation to sell. Michael fit us in super quickly and finished all the work in 2 days. He was super helpful and made a stressful process much smoother. He was also very easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to help us.

We warn all to avoid Michael at Home Improvement Network Brighton. We got a quote in May 2023 for a window replacement and immediately paid 50% deposit. After months on no action/no contact we finally found he had done nothing. He re-measured. Then again no action/no contact. Now, after a year of avoidance, we want our money back. After repeated requests, and promises from Michael to pay us, we have no alternative than to take legal action. At best his service in unreliable, expensive and deceptive. Do not use this operator.
