I had a Major water leak in Master shower. Home Improvements & Moore was 1 of 4 Companies we called. Brian was Very professional. He explained each stage of the work, that needed to be done. He promised to resolve the issue but after stringing me along for about a year he quit responding to my inquiries. So much for "What you want, done right."
