I had a Major water leak in Master shower. Home Improvements & Moore was 1 of 4 Companies we called. Brian was Very professional. He explained each stage of the work, that needed to be done. ***** walked away from finishing up a bathroom remodel project and stopped following up on a major tile supplier defect on another bathroom remodel project. He promised to resolve the issue but after stringing me along for about a year he quit responding to my inquiries. So much for "What you want, done right."
