Appliance dept is horrible!!
We do not recommend lowes...we cannot get them to answer the phone. Had a problem with a delivery. Where do we go from here?
RecommendedVery pleased with our experience today in Danbury, we were assisted by Denise in Appliances and she was very friendly and knowledgeable. We left very happy and hope the delivery experience is equally as good and the purchasing experience.
This store should be embarrassed of their employees. I walked around that store delibertly looking like I needed assistance. No less the 25 employees either looked at me and tuened away or just did not acknowledged me. the service here is a disgrace. only one emoyee asked me if i needed assistance and did it with a smile her name is TARA. she obviously knows what customer service is. she was also raised correctly. They outsource their deliveries and there is no communication via customer and delivery company about delivery schedule leaving you in the dark. Definitely losing a customer after this.
Very disappointed in the delivery service. Scheduled for 5 to 9 tonight, received no phone call and then the moron on the phone kept saying “ I don’t know” for an explanation. According to him I have to reschedule the delivery, while my husband does personal training from home and I have a disconnected stove sitting in the middle of my small kitchen. 😡😡

Purchased a fridge from Lowe’s bc their delivery window was less than a local appliance store and now the delivery will be much later than the original place we were going to use. Instead of an apology at the store we were told “you aren’t the only ones who didn’t get your stuff” very unprofessional
