Ruben, Danny, and Jordan came out to install a new furnace and replace a good amount of the old ductwork in my home. It was a pretty big job, but they handled everything smoothly. My house has never felt this comfortable and warm, even the rooms that always used to be chilly are now cozy. After another company came out twice in six months to look at my furnace, i decided to get a second opinion. There was a leak near the pressure switch, which made all the refrigerant leak out—this happened before, and the last company told me my 8-year-old furnace needed to be replaced, saying you have to get a new one every 8 to 10 years. In the middle of a cold snap, our heater suddenly stopped working. Even though their schedule was full, Home HVAC Repair managed to fit us in. Jalen came out to check our system and found the issue quickly. He had to return the next day because the part wasn’t on hand, but he kept us informed the whole time. Jalen was friendly, efficient, and got our heater running smoothly again. We are very happy with the service and will use them again for any future heater repairs in Peoria.

I am so glad I found a reliable furnace repair service. We needed urgent help with our furnace, and Jordan came through for us.
