We were very impressed with the owner , however the evening aid was unable to complete the required care tasks in a satisfactory fashion ( detailed patient medical record keeping, sufficient fluid adminstration, getting the client in bed / out of bed in a timely fashion - things that seriously and negatively impacted patient quality of life .) Rather than provide a more skilled caregiver, the company cancelled the agreement. So we had to find another company.

I can't say enough about Sherian and the team at Home Helpers Home Care of Washington, Pa. - they are life savers! The moved quickly to get a care plan in place for our mother, and have gone beyond the call of duty to deliver personalized, professional and compassionate care. This is the best home health agency I've encountered, and as a community/medical advocate, I've seen many! My partner's father received a level of care at the end of his life that really touched my heart.
