I'm am very happy with the whole process from admin side to nursing. Very professional on phone , Nurse tha came out to do assessment was not rushed, took good notes and friendly. The aid that is helping me... She is the perfect in every way. Other home health companies can learn from Home Helpers. A great company, culture starts at the top...Home Helpers are just that. I wish I could recommend this company but I cannot. This is the worse company from management to employees. The employees are late if they even show up which is a rarity. The office barely answers the phone much less return calls. They leave your loved ones alone without your knowledge. Do yourself a favor and and never use this company for someone you care about. Keep looking for a different company. There are much better ones out there.

If you want to be talked to with disrespect and as if you don't matter as a caregiver this is the place for you. Liz and Ms Robin was amazing and been really helpful but Krystal is totally unfit and unqualified for the scheduler position. Office staff should know how to talk to you and be respectful at all times. They expect something from us as caregivers and we expect the same in return.
