Home Helpers was like a trusted friend for us. Guilande and her team always provided great care for my uncle, sometimes on very short notice. They understood his physical and mental state very well and adapted their care as needed. I could always depend on them.
During a difficult time for our family we needed to provide 24 hour care for our mother but were unable to do so ourselves. We interviewed and decided to entrust Guilande and her team to make it possible for Mom to have her wish and spend her last days at home. The caring and dedicated staff at Home Helpers Home Care of Plymouth was a perfect fit. I know we made the right decision and would recommend them to all.
Alex was absolutely incredible taking care of my late husband. She was so caring and gentle and went above and beyond in her care. Very professional and listened closely to my daughters and I as we navigated my late husband's final days in hospice care. Her overnights with us allowed me and my daughters to get some sleep so we could care for my husband during the day. Highly recommend.
All caretakers were extremely compassionate and willing to help out in any way possible. They were flexible to change as the situation changed. I could not have gotten through this tough time without Alexandre and team. I highly recommend.
