I think everyone who left positive reviews was paid to do so Catherine is very disrespectful to clients and caregivers.they charge a lot and pay caregivers LOW ,if a client is not happy with caregivers Catherine plays deaf dumb and blind I work with this agency and I know for a fact they are not the best they never checked on the client to see how well the caregiver is performing they have untrain caregivers not all are certified I feel bad for these patients most times . I highly recommend using this company! Catherine was very helpful & quick to respond to my messages at any time. She sent caring loving caretakers for my mil & we just adored Michelle who was the caregiver assigned. Home Helpers of Huntington provided outstanding help on very short notice. The aides that came to my house were friendly, highly competent and very professional. They went over and above to be helpful and make me feel that I had the help I needed at home. I highly recommend them if you are in the middle of a crisis and need to regain your sanity.
