I have had a difficult month after my husband returned from a 10 day hospitalization. Home Helpers of Huntington has been wonderful. They provided reliable and qualified 12 hour overnight aides for my 26 year old bed-bound daughter in a local rehab facility on very short notice. Catherine has been kind, respectful and always empathetic for our difficult situation. The aides, Janell and Fermija, were concerned, caring and attentive over the long, overnight shift. Selecting Home Helpers to watch over my daughter was the right choice!
They offer great flexibility if your schedule changes and wonderful aides to take care of your loved ones. In the rare event that someone didn't work out, they were quick to send someone who did. The more permanent aides I have caring for my father treat him wonderfully and keep him well while I have to work. I highly recommend their services.
Following my 85 year old mom's back surgery, we were seeking an agency that was quick to respond and provide compassionate caregivers and we found more than we bargained for! I think everyone who left positive reviews was paid to do so Catherine is very disrespectful to clients and caregivers.they charge a lot and pay caregivers LOW ,if a client is not happy with caregivers Catherine plays deaf dumb and blind I work with this agency and I know for a fact they are not the best they never checked on the client to see how well the caregiver is performing they have untrain caregivers not all are certified I feel bad for these patients most times .
