Sadly we hired Home Helpers to provide caregivers for our elderly mom who has dementia. From the beginning, we were in the dark concerning who our mom's caregivers were and our schedule. The agency did not bother to even introduce their caregivers. They simply started showing up. They lack both people and organizational skills.
