Heather is very prompt, organized well spoken, extremely knowledgeable, and helped with a very tough case both over the phone in the evening speaking with the entire family on a five way call and then went to meet the client in person first thing the next morning!

I would like to express today that this business doesn't have very good customer service. I have tried multiple times to connect with them and the receptionist leads me to believe that I am going to get a response from someone in the business to discuss details of their services. I have tried 3 or 4 times and get the same response that the owner will reach back to call me. This has been probably up to 3 or 4 weeks now and I have yet to have follow through from anyone in this organisation. I was also told they are running sho... read more
