My husband has received outstanding support & care from all the caregivers Home Helpers has sent to us. Not only do they help him with his physical therapy exercises, but they help him do the chores he likes to do but can't manage alone. A special thank you to Tianna who helped him plant two gigantic mums in our front porch pots so we can enjoy their blossoms all fall!
SID WILL DSO THE CHORES THAT I ASK HIM TO DO, BUT THE ISSUE I HAVE WITH HAS TO DO WITH HOW MY PERSONAL CARE IS DONE. MANY TIMES I WILL ASK TO DO THINGS IN THE ORDER I WANT THEM DONE. HIS RESPONSE WQILL BE, "NO I'M GOING TO DO THIS FIRST, AND THEN I WILL GET TO WHAT YOU WANT." HE WANTS TO "RUN THE SHOW, WHICH TICK ME OFF!" IT'S MY HOUSE, MY BODY, AND MY CARE. HE NEEDS TO RESPECT THAT I DECIDE HOW MY CARE IS DONE, AND IN WHAT ORDER I WANT IT DONE. I WILL WORK WITH HIM, SO THERE'S FLEXABILITY.
