I've been really pleased with the service I receive. Sandy helps me stay organized and on top of my appointments. I can't say enough good things about her. Everyone on the team has been great and are available anytime I call, even when it's not my scheduled time. They also help keep my family in the loop. I would recommend Home Helpers for anyone that needs assistance at home.

I’ve been working at Home Helpers Dallas for a year, and it’s been a terrible experience. As a caregiver, I expected respect, fair pay, and consistent work but this company fails in every area. The pay is extremely low, and most of the time, there are no clients available. I’ve gone weeks without any assignments, and when I reach out for help or to ask about new clients, no one ever calls me back. Management is unorganized and unresponsive.
