I'm lucky i can post this from both sides of the company...from employee to being a client and using services for my mother. I have always seen staff treat everyone as they would a family member employees as well as clients. I don’t know what this company is trying to do but it isn’t help their clients. Minimal background check on the ppl they allow to work there and most of them with no experience. They don’t inform the Aids what their clients are diagnosed with and most wouldn’t know what to do in an emergency situation. My grandma is a client and her life is put in danger almost everyday with your incompetence. With the target age and illnesses of your clients, you’d think you’d care more.
