Not a good job for place people They are very racist it’s shocking that the reviews are good on here but if you are black and a person of color this is not the place for you to work or get service
I hired Home Helpers to care for my mother while she recovered from brain surgery. She was in need of 24 hour care, and Home Helpers was able to accommodate our schedule in a timely and efficient manner. They were even often able to accommodate last minute requests for emergency care. Their customer service is top notch, and every single caregiver they sent has been wonderful.
Home Helpers Home Care of Alpharetta has been a great partnership with our new residents joining our community at Arbor Terrace at Crabapple. Theresa MacPherson, their Community Relations Liaison, is a very strong communicator and truly listens to the needs of a loved one so she can match personality and care needs with her care team to make a great match. She and her team make it seamless to work together and they are a strong partner of ours.

Home Helpers Home Care of Alpharetta and North Atlanta is a wonderful place to find care for your loved one. I have a mom with memory issues and I needed a care giver to support her with companion care during my work hours. 3 days a week a care giver come and spends time with my mom doing crafts, going for walks in different parks or our neighborhood , going out to lunch or just watching TV. This is helpful for people with cognition problems to keep active. Love the service!
