So disappointed with this company. I would not recommend Home Helpers with care for my loved one. Care givers bouncing off the walls, sent care giver who could not perform services needed. Not worth the money you pay for service.

My father was in hospice care at home. Workers failed to show, showed late, sat in my dad's room watching videos on their phone. Now they are holding my mom's deposit and arguing with her. They created misery and distress the midst of my family's grief. Evil.

If I could give a zero star review I would. The finance department is this company is completely unprofessional to deal with. My step son had to pre pay for care while visiting his mother in Idaho (he is 28 years old and has a TBI and is in a wheelchair) the services were cancelled and it took me constantly emailing and calling to get my step son over $3000 that was paid refunded. I was constantly told the check was in the mail and finally insisted they send a check by fed ex as we are in Canada, which they did but charged m... read more
