The CEO was very professional in his presentation and we were looking forward to using this service for my mother in law. However, on the day it was to start, they called to say they couldn't make it because the care giver was sick. Had it been a different day, or if they had offered to send someone for even an hour of help, of course we would have been understanding. But to not attempt to provide any service on the first day we were expecting it, just isn't acceptable so I can't recommend them.
