UPDATE:The immediate care would not agree with you Tom! If she had your company would still be providing care! Tom the owner of the company was polite and professional. The caregivers are the same. HOWEVER if you want a reliable company, I would search elsewhere. This company was hired to provide 2 days a week of in home respite care. Over the last 7 weeks at least 1 of the 2 days EVERY week the caregiver didn't show up. Being a caregiver I am tasked with an important duty of providing support and encouragement for the patients.
