The work was done and my heat now works which is good. Just be aware that when they send you an "estimate" to approve for service, they don't really mean "estimate." It is what you will be billed. My "estimate" was very high, but I thought the final amount depended on the time it took to service. I had to pay the whole "estimate" for 1.5 hours of services and picking up the part. The "estimate" is a flat rate. If I would have known, I would have called around.
He came out for my annual maintenance and did a thorough job. Veteran run company that gives a military discount. Only company I call.
