I was very impressed with the company when they sent their technician Freeman right away after I called them, because my 95 year old Mother's furnace was acting up and not working properly. Appointments are scheduled quickly, and every step from the initial call to invoicing is handled professionally and personably. 4:31 PM: Call placed; service call requested to fix our AC unit on one of the hottest days of the year. 4:45 PM: Service tech arrives. 4:57 PM: Service tech leaves, having resolved the issue. Total time = 26 minutes. Best experience I’ve ever had with HVAC.
