Early January in Michigan. The furnace stops working properly. I put in a call to Home Heating and Cooling and Ken says he is at another home and will come by in about 30 min. He arrives to find our house at about 50 degrees. He explains what is happening and how he plans to fix it, albeit temporarily, so we can have some heat until Monday when we can get a quote for a new system.
