The crew over at Home and Hearth are nothing but professional , outgoing and kind. We bought a Harmon XXV from them about 2 years ago and it's been absolutely great! Recently I ran into a problem where I noticed the front door trim screw , that holds the top grill, was missing. This caused a LOUD buzzing as it vibrated. Rather than replace the screw with a non Harmon part from home depot, I took a gamble and went o the store. Home and Hearth came through in a pinch. We had our yearly pellet stove cleaning. Upon servicing, it was determined that our auger tunnel had worn out. It would take a week+ for repairs and the stove had to be taken out. However, we had a week and our house was going up for sale. They got it done and back in time! Thanks so much!!!
